Cancellations

For paid classes and events, we’ll issue a 90% refund to your card when you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time.

If Confluence Outdoors cancels for any reason, you’ll always get a full refund, but please note: bad weather does not mean automatic cancellation. We’ll always notify you if your class or event is canceled.
